The SPORTALITY Suite Shines at the 2010 Grand Prix du Canada

The 2010 Grand Prix du Canada marked another successful program for SPORTALITY. With many exciting additions to the SPORTALITY Suite, guests enjoyed a first class Formula One experience.

Formula One journalist and host of The Flying lap, Peter Windsor was at the SPORTALITY Podium Suite for the week-end, offering his insights and race analysis exclusively to SPORTALITY guests.

In addition, the suite featured a full motion racing simulator which gave riders a chance to experience the exhilaration of navigating Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in a Formula One car. The motion simulator, the only one of its kind in Canada, was a huge hit and guests were eager to try to beat each other's scores.

The bar was raised at this year's event with honoured guest, Mari Andretti in attendance for Sunday's race. Each SPORTALITY guest received a signed photograph of themselves with Andretti in a SPORTALITY frame. Andretti mingled with the crowd and joined Peter Windsor on stage for a question and answer session for all the guests to enjoy.

Throughout the week-end, guests had the opportunity to win prizes including a Ferrari gift set. The most coveted prize was a racing helmet which had been painted with a custom design by artist, Art Rotundo who spent the week-end working on his creation. The helmet featured a young Andretti along with his famed Lotus car.

Guests witnessed the drama of the race from the elegantly decorated SPORTALITY suite where both the famed Senna turn and winner's podium are in view. In addition to their reserved seating, guests made use of the spacious SPORTALITY lounges and Wellness Center where they received complimentary massages from the staff of Merispa.
